The death has taken place of Rosie O’Connor (née Smith), Kildress, who passed away peacefully on October 15, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.
A beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister, Mrs O’Connor’s passing has prompted heartfelt condolences from family and friends.
Rosie was the cherished wife of Stephen and devoted mother to Dominic, Brendan, Noel, Peter, Kelly and Stephanie. She was also a treasured nanny to her 19 grandchildren and a much-loved sister of Margaret McCrory, Patricia Harte and Mickey Smith.
The funeral will take place on Sunday at St Joseph’s Church.
