The sad passing of Teresa Rooney (née McCloskey), of 52 Gortalowry Park, Cookstown, occurred on Sunday, November 1.
A much-loved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Teresa will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Teresa was the beloved wife of the late Gerard, and a devoted mother to Paul, Gerard, Karen (McKeever), John and Kevin. She was also a cherished mother-in-law to Emma, Annette, Peter and Aine.
She was a precious grandmother to Leah, Peter, Sara, Charla, Zara, Lola, Ellen, Chloe, Neva and Méabh, who brought great joy to her life.
Teresa was the cherished sister of Maureen (McKenna) and the late John, and sister-in-law of Hugh.
Her funeral took place today (Wednesday), proceeding to the Church of St Joseph and St Malachy's, Drummullan, for Requiem Mass.
Burial will follow afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
